Michael Gl. Raphael graduated from Keele University with a degree in Law Politics. He was then called to the English Bar Middle Temple Inn in November 1985. Michael is practicing Law at Glafkos N. Raphael Co Law office since October 1986, becoming a partner and Director. In July 1997 he attended the Advanced Licensing Institute of the Franklin Pierce Law Court at New Hampshire USA through a full bright scholarship.
He has served as Vice – Chairman of the European Department Students (EDS) and the Democrat Youth Community of Europe (DEMYC) organizing the Cyprus Branch of the Young European for Security (YES CYPRUS).
Michael has also served as a board member at APOEL Football Club PLC for more than a decade.
Main fields of activity are International Company Law Registration and Administration of Local or International Companies, Tax Planning, Contract Law, Sports Disputes, Intellectual Property, Civil Litigation.

Eliana graduated in Law from Athens University in 2013 and has obtained her LLM in International Banking and Finance from the University of London in 2017.
Eliana has been a member of the firm’s practice since June 2014, year on which she undertook her pupillage. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association and became a qualified Lawyer in 2015.
She is dealing with both Litigation and Corporate Law primarily involved in disputes concerning Public and Private Companies, Banking Law, Contract Law as well as drafting and reviewing different types of agreements and legal documents. She is also involved in providing legal advice in plethora of local and foreign companies on matters relating to the incorporation, day-to-day administration and restructuring of Companies.
